Kareenna's Physiotherapy journey began in 2015 when she graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy from UKZN. From her first day as a Community service Physio in Pietermaritzburgh, she knew this was more than just a career choice...it was a calling. Working at PMB Aseessment and Therapy Centre sparked her interest in rehabilitation and community based care.

We wish you a good day!Over the past decade, Kareenna has evolved in her profession. From ICU and neuro to post-op rehab, ortho and sport, she's seen it all! In 2018, she took things a step further by completing her Post-Graduate in Orthopedic Manual Therapy (OMT1), adding hands-on expertise to her growing toolkit. She blends manual therapy with fascia techniques and pain neuroscience to treat not just a condition, but the person behind it.
It's all about helping people reclaim their lives. She's passionate about guiding patients from
"I can't" to "I finally can!". Whether that means getting back to work, sport/hobbies or simply pain-free daily function. Her approach is centred around education, empowerment and making people feel seen, heard and supported.
When she's not helping others move better, Kareenna loves moving herself. Whether that's hiking up a trail or dancing to Afro-latin beats. These hobbies not only keep her active but reflect her own belief in living a balanced, fulfilling lifestyle. And yes, she believes dance is therapy too!
She is qwerky, kind and full of creative energy. Patients describe her as empathetic, skilled and supportive. Someone who truly listens and tailors each treatment with care. She brings a warm, welcoming feeling to every session, always aiming to make their journey a little less daunting and alot more human driven.
