BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

We'd love to help you, but we work by appointment only. We kindly ask that you book in advance as we are unbale to accept walk-ins. 

 

PUNCTUALITY MATTERS

To make the most of your session and to ensure smooth running of our schedule, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. In the case of late arrival, your physiotherapist will use their discretion to determine whether the session can proceed with the remaining time or if a rescheduling is neccesary. This consideration ensures fairness to all patients booked throughout the day. 

 

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

We understand...life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide us atleast 24hrs notice. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient in need of care.
